Civil Marriage

All Civil Marriages in the Dominican Republic are administered by a Civil Registry Officer, in the presence of at least, two (2) witnesses. Civil marriage may be conducted in the location of your choice, examples include, hotel and resort properties, on the beach, or at the Court of Peace. Our fee includes the transportation of the Court of Peace’s Judge to the location of your choice.. Once the marriage ceremony in complete DominicanLawyer.org will obtain your original and certified Marriage Certificate.

If your Marriage Certificate will be presented outside of the Dominican Republic, DominicanLawyer.org will translate and certify the document before the relevant institutions, to ensure the certificate will be valid abroad.
